ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Feb. 26, 2021) – The National Credit Union Administration issued one prohibition notice in February. This individual is prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.
- Joseph Guagliardo, a former member of the supervisory committee for Municipal Credit Union in New York, New York, was sentenced on a charge of embezzlement in connection with his role at the credit union.
