Vanessa Lowe, economic development specialist with NCUA’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives, is joined by Mike Dorsett, president of Portfolio Performance, LLC, and Ian Lampl, chief executive officer of LoanStreet, to discuss participation lending issues including:
- Benefits of participation lending for buyers and sellers,
- The three levels of due diligence for participation buyers,
- Buyer and seller side case studies, and
- Participation solutions in partnership with corporate credit unions.
