With this form you can download comma separated value (.csv) files of the 5310 data for current and prior periods. The file will include charter number, cycle date, account, and amount.

*Notice: The 5310 csv data will replace the account name values with account code values for all cycle years beginning with the January 2017 cycle date.
When downloading the 5310 csv data, select a cycle date range that will contain account names only (January 1997 - December 2016) or account codes only (January 2017 - subsequent years).*

Selecting "Yes" for "I Want a Range of Cycles" and "I Want All Charter Numbers" may take a few minutes. If you select too wide of a date range, the download may time out and your report may not be completed. Selecting "All Charter Numbers" and a range from January 1997 to present will produce a download of over 20MB and over 400,000 rows. This may be too large to download or even open in a spreadsheet application (MS Excel only supports about 65,000 rows). It is best to choose a narrower range of dates or only one "Charter Number".

Instructions for downloading and importing ".csv" files

Most data files are now in comma separated value (.csv) format. Most recent spreadsheet and database applications recognize this file format and will automatically import the files and properly format columns and rows such that the columns will be properly separated and column headings will appear at the top of each column.

Simply opening the ????.csv file from with the application should be sufficient. The application will know how to handle the file and properly format the data.
