January 26, 2010, Alexandria VA. - NCUA Board Member, Michael E. Fryzel recently met with NuMark Credit Union CEO Ann Dubie along with members of the credit union’s board and staff at the branch office located in Crest Hill, IL.
“NuMark is doing an outstanding job in providing financial services and education to their members,” Fryzel stated. “Their involvement in providing educational seminars, working with local schools, having a children’s savings program and being an active participant in civic affairs makes them a true community credit union.”
Fryzel expressed, both the board and staff are well aware of the issues facing credit union members and have an excellent understanding of the impact of pending federal legislation on the financial community.
NuMark was chartered in 1954 and is a $141 million asset institution. It serves over 20,000 members with three branches located in Joliet, Crest Hill, and Countryside, IL.
