Fryzel Visits Andrews Federal Credit Union

December 4, 2009, Alexandria, Va. – NCUA Board Member, Michael E. Fryzel recently met with Andrews Federal Credit Union President & CEO Chris McDonald, credit union staff, and Defense Credit Union Council President/CEO, Arty Arteaga at the credit union’s headquarters in Suitland, Maryland.

“As 2008 Air Force Credit Union of the Year, Andrews has achieved a remarkable feat. I commend them on their continued efforts to provide innovative and top notch products and services to their members both military and non military.” Fryzel noted.

Issues discussed in the meeting ranged from member services offered by the credit union, to real estate trends and potential concerns for credit union in the future.

“Credit unions continue to listen to the concerns of their members and work to meet their needs regarding certain products and services, a task that during these challenging economic times remains a focus for credit unions across the country,” stated Fryzel.
