NCUA soliciting public comment relating to pilot program for measuring service to members
Alexandria, VA, February 21, 2006 – The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) posted an advance copy on its website of a Request for Comments that it prepared in connection with its request for processing of its application for a control number from the federal Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The action relates to NCUA’s recently described pilot program of collecting data from federal credit unions in order to measure their service to members. The Request for Comments will be published in the Federal Register on February 23 and comments may be submitted through February 28, 2006.
