NCUA Chairman Johnson discusses the new Hope Center in the Anacostia community of greater Washington, DC with Michael Hale, CEO of Andrews Federal Credit Union. The Hope Center, operated by Operation Hope, Inc., a provider of financial education and economic empowerment to the underserved will provide affordable financial services to the neighborhoods of Anacostia.
