Holy Rosary Credit Union has been in service since 1943, serving its members from a small office in the basement of the Church to a now renovated convent next door.  Membership is growing rapidly in this neighborhood credit union.  The credit union serves four parishes as its field of membership with the majority of its members being Vietnamese.  Two bilingual tellers greet all members but helping the Vietnamese with their banking and other needs in a language they understand is a large draw.  The President and Office Manager have not let the language be a deterrent when helping Vietnamese with loans or other financial needs.  They ask one of the tellers to sit in to make sure everything is understood on all sides of any business being conducted.  The Vietnamese and other members are being helped not only with savings and loans but their bills, phone calls, mail, notary, and other items that need just a bit more attention.  A friendly smiling face is understood in any language and that language is spoken loudly here.
