Credit Union Officials Invited to Session Co-Hosted by NCUA Region 5
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (April 26, 2012) – National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board Chairman Debbie Matz today opened registration for her sixth “Listening Session,” which will take place on July 31 from 1:00–4:00 p.m. in Denver.
“We look forward to hearing from credit union officials and volunteers in all six Listening Sessions,” said Chairman Matz. “We welcome open dialogue to improve our exam process, regulations, and credit unions’ safety and soundness.”
Chairman Matz is planning Listening Sessions for the following dates, times, and locations:

NCUA negotiated free meeting space for the final Listening Session to be hosted at the new Four Seasons Hotel on 1111 14th Street in downtown Denver.
Participation is open to the first 150 people who register. Participants will have opportunities to dialogue with NCUA Board members, senior NCUA staff, and supervisory examiners from the NCUA Region co-hosting each Listening Session. Participants will also be invited to contribute to roundtable discussions with their peers.
