NCUA will host a free webinar by the Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives Deterring Employee Fraud on Thursday, November 14th, at 2 P.M. (EST).

The presentation will answer questions like:

  • What are the effects of employee dishonesty?
  • Why does employee fraud occur?
  • What are the warning signs of fraud?

The presentation will also provide real-world case studies that will explain how a well-trained, active supervisory committee and strong internal controls are effective means of deterring employee fraud.
