The Board voted unanimously to deny the merger of Volunteer Corporate Credit Union into Western Corporate Federal Credit Union.

The Board voted unanimously to uphold the decision of the Asset Management and Assistance Center denying an insurance claim arising from the liquidation of Central Brooklyn Federal Credit Union.
