Annual Reports

In the spirit of transparency, NCUA publishes an Annual Report each year. These reports review the agency’s performance and include the audited financial statements for NCUA’s four permanent funds. These funds include the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), the NCUA Operating Fund, the Central Liquidity Facility, and the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund.

NCUA develops the agency’s Annual Report in accordance with the requirements of:
 
  • Section 102(d) of the Federal Credit Union Act;
  •  
  • The Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990;
  •  
  • The Government Performance and Results Act of 1993; and
  •  
  • The provisions of Section 5 (as amended) of the Inspector General Act of 1978.
In accordance with the Reports Consolidation Act of 2000, NCUA also completes an assessment of the reliability of the performance data contained in these reports. No material inadequacies were found in any, and the data are considered to be complete and reliable.
