Kent D. Buckham

Kent D. Buckham is the Director of the Office of Corporate Credit Unions (OCCU). As OCCU Director, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the federal corporate examination program.

Buckham began his career with NCUA in 1976 as an examiner in Williamsport, Penn. He has also served as a supervisory examiner, deputy director of the Chicago regional office, director of supervision in the Office of Examination and Insurance (E&I), deputy director of E&I, deputy executive director, associate regional director of programs for the Capital regional office, deputy director of OCCU and acting director of OCCU. Buckham was named to his current position in April 2002
